Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the moosearcade1.com website (the "Service") operated by MoosearCade1 ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. Any access to or use of the Service by anyone under the required age is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms. 3. The Nature of the Service: For Entertainment Only

MoosearCade1 is a social entertainment platform. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not offer any opportunity to play for or win real money or prizes.

  • No Real-Money Transactions: The Service does not permit or facilitate any form of real-money deposits, transfers, or withdrawals. All activities on the Platform are conducted using Virtual Coins.
  • No Value of Virtual Coins: Virtual Coins are a feature of the Service and act as a tool for entertainment. They are not real currency, hold no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any item of value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Service.
  • License to Use: Any Virtual Coins you obtain are provided to you under a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use within the Service for your personal entertainment. You acknowledge that you do not own the Virtual Coins.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to:

  • Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

5. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
  • Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer your Account or any Virtual Coins to another person.
  • Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.
  • Use the Service in any way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, graphics, logos, and game designs are and will remain the exclusive property of MoosearCade1 and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will forfeit any and all Virtual Coins associated with your Account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MoosearCade1, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
